Tom Sziklasi (Lead)
Tom stumbled onto his musical abilities a little later in life after agreeing to attend a Barbershop chapter meeting in Oshawa Ontario. Short stints in grade school choirs and high school band playing trumpet didn’t really imply there was an abundance of musical talent. However, after just a few visits with the members of the Oshawa Horseless Carriagemen, he knew barbershop was his new hobby! Constantly seeking improvement and new challenges, Tom formed new quartets and performed with them as often as possible. Continuing to seek new challenges, Tom decided to join the Toronto Northern Lights chorus in 2001 where he currently holds the position of chapter President.
Tom is employed as a Senior IT Business Analyst at a sporting goods manufacturer in Newmarket. Tom is extremely fortunate to have the full support of his lovely wife Hayley and his 4GR8KDS Amber, Braedon, Janine and Connor.

John Myers (Tenor)
John grew up in a very musical household, listening to all kinds of music from classical and jazz to blues and “oldies”. John attended a high school for the arts in the music department for most of his high school career. He now works as a full time nurse at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie Ontario. John has been a member of the barbershop harmony society for the past seven years and has enjoyed many wonderful chorus and quartet experiences. He currently sings with the Barrie County Chordsmen and The Toronto Northern Lights. When he’s not learning new music for any of his two choruses and quartets, he enjoys spending time with his wonderfully supportive wife Lisa and beautiful two year old daughter Ava.

Jonathan Foster (Bass)
Jonathan, our bass comes from a very musical family. Both his parents were singers and as a result he started singing at an early age. When he was just 11 years old he joined the boys choir at St. Matthew’s church in Ottawa. The vocal training he received there, through the Royal School of Church music, instilled a lifelong passion for singing.

Jonathan is a Certified Management Accountant working for Kraft Foods and resides in Toronto with his wife Joanne and their two cats.

Pat Hannon (Baritone)
Introduced to Barbershop at a very young age, Pat knew that creating harmony would be part of his life forever. Pat is a 4th generation Barbershopper, his father sings with the Aces of Harmony in Peterborough and his grand-father and great grand-father sang with the Lindsay Kawartha Chordsmen in the 1960’s. In 1999, Pat joined the Society and began singing with the Aces of Harmony and was eager to learn everything he could about the art form. That eagerness, led to a Front Line Director position with the East York Barbershoppers that he continues to hold today.
Living in Lindsay and singing in Toronto makes for long drives and many hours away from home, which wouldn’t be possible without his three biggest supporters, wife Crystal and daughters Julianna and Kyla.
